The center natural DIAMOND is a ROUND cut

It's mounted in a period-classic square-edged geometric modernistic basket and accented by a total of 16 RUBY & 30 round french cut Diamonds stones; set at each side, free milgrain edged frame; create a tapered cathedral window effect that lead into the intricate carving detail down the sides of the delicate band.
