The band construction is delicate, though strong and durable as it's platinum. The two round accent stones set neatly into each shoulder of the band form a perfectly balanced frame for the approximately 0.54 carat center stone.
The brilliance this diamond displays is indicative of a well-cut stone. The stone is so vibrant and clear that even at half a carat, the overall look is far bigger and a better investment than a larger stone of lesser quality. Paired with a vintage wedding band, or worn with a series of stackable bands, this engagement ring may appear either delicate or more substantial. Framed with slightly squared off corner mounted prongs, the round perimeter of the stone is clearly visible yet softened as in a European cut stone or cushion cut stone. A classic solitaire look with a feminine touch of vintage.
